ABSTRACT
Commonly drugs, such as nivolumab, a monoclonal anti-PD1 antibody used for treatment of many types of cancer, are administered in a defined dose regimen. A rapid measurement of blood plasma levels is of great benefit to identify the optimal dose for therapeutic effect while minimising the risk of adverse effects. Such a rapid plasma titer determination can be applied in support of dose finding studies and may open opportunities for personalization of the drug dose to overcome individual patient variability in pharmacokinetics. Here, we show how WHITE FOx can accurately measure plasma titer of nivolumab with a quick assay directly on blood plasma and how this compares to traditional methods.
